Hi, I’m Randa Chapman, the founder and lead stager behind Statement Home Staging.

With over 25 years of experience in the design side of real estate, my journey has always been fueled by a love for creating beautiful, functional spaces. I graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Marketing from Arizona State University, and began my career as a successful Design Consultant for both production and custom home builders. Even before my professional journey began, I was constantly redecorating my bedroom and transforming my family's spaces—design has always been part of who I am.

After taking time off to raise my children, I returned to my passion with renewed purpose. In 2018, I became an Accredited Staging Professional and launched Statement Home Staging to help homeowners and real estate professionals showcase properties at their very best.

I’m also an active member of the Real Estate Staging Association (RESA) and currently serve as the President of the Central Texas Chapter.

Though I’m naturally quiet and grounded, I let my work speak volumes. My goal is simple: to make a lasting statement in every home I stage.
